McCreedy-Ruth Construction (MRC) has been serving the Eastern Iowa area for 25 years. Kevin McCreedy and Tim Ruth began working together as a two-man construction company in 1997. Sam Jones has been with our company for more than 10 years. He became the newest partner in 2020.
Over the years we have grown into a design-build team of 15 employees. We have a draftsman and two interior designers on staff to assist you in bringing your dreams to life.
Our experienced estimator works closely with suppliers and subcontractors to make sure you are getting the best value for your price.
The field personnel of MRC specialize in everything from frame to finish carpentry.
In 2019 we added a custom wood crafting shop, creating beautiful built-ins as well as free standing furniture.
